Position: Concierge (224 FT)
About: Community Management, Inc. (CMI) AAMC is a locally owned, full-service Management Company providing management services for homeowner associations throughout Oregon and SW Washington for the past 52 years. The Concierge role is a full-time, non-exempt position serving a high-rise condominium building in the South Waterfront District with specific working hours. Parking is not provided at this site, but public transportation lines are conveniently located nearby.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of hospitality or customer service experience; Must be at least 18 years old to accept alcohol deliveries; Quick and accurate keyboard strokes with a minimum of 40 WPM; Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills; A passion for delivering exceptional customer service; A polished appearance and skill set for maintaining client relationships; Willingness to provide direct customer support and manage various concierge desk tasks; Ability to handle homeowner complaints, questions, and concerns effectively; Capacity to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment; Working knowledge of MS Outlook/Word/Excel and strong organizational skills; Successful completion of the interview process and pre-employment requirements
