Position: Concessions Manager – University of Tennessee
About: Aramark, a leading provider of food and facilities management services operating in 15 countries worldwide, is currently seeking a Director of Operations to support the University of Tennessee Athletics, home of the Tennessee Volunteers. The Concessions Manager will oversee FT and PT hourly associates, as well as Non-Profit groups/volunteers, reporting to the Concessions Director in a hands-on management role. Aramark Sports & Entertainment provides food & beverage services for various events and venues at the University of Tennessee, striving to enhance fan experience and innovation in all areas.
Requirements: Requires at least 1 year of experience; Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships; Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark’s standard service model; Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to provide a unified food service experience for all customers; Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb; Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
