Position: Concessions Cook | Part-Time | Polar Park
About: Oak View Group – Worcester Red Sox (Polar Park) is currently seeking Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Line Cooks. As a member of the concessions team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items for concession stands, ensuring food quality and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area, assisting with inventory and ordering of supplies, operating kitchen equipment, and following recipes and portion control guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen or food service setting preferred; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and teamwork skills
