Requirements: BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, relevant experience, or a combination; successful supervisory experience; 3+ years’ experience in a property management role preferred; ability to build, lead, and serve on teams; strong marketing skills required; advanced mathematical skills and ability to analyze and explain financial reports; strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Excel; superior interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service; strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task required; knowledge of Yardi Voyager, or other similar programs preferred; demonstration of Bell Core Values
