Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of customer service experience; ability to manage multiple tasks and provide excellent customer service; problem-solving skills; positive attitude; proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment; legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old
