About: The Communications Agent role is vital for the hotel, responsible for engaging with guests and internal departments via phone or chat with a genuine focus on guest satisfaction. Requirements: High School attendant or High School Graduate; Previous multi-line phone operator experience preferred; Knowledge of multi-line phone system; Pleasant and professional speaking voice
