Position: Commissary Kitchen Manager
About: The Commissary Manager position at Barriques involves overseeing all kitchen and bakery operations at the commissary kitchen, including staff management, safety and sanitation, menu development, budgeting, and food production. The role requires close coordination with Barriques owners and Cafe Managers to ensure efficient communication and operations. This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday daytime schedule with flexibility.
Requirements: Minimum of 1+ years of kitchen management or equivalent experience; effective leadership skills; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; physical ability to work past eight hours, lift up to 50 lbs, operate kitchen machinery, and work quickly; organizational skills
