Position: Commis Chef – 34 Rest. and Bar
About: At 34 Restaurant and Bar, the Commis Chef is a junior position responsible for moving around the kitchen based on the restaurant’s requirements. They report directly to the Chef de Partie of their assigned station and are typically in charge of prep work for the shift.
Requirements: Experience in a kitchen environment; Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team; Basic food hygiene knowledge; Willingness to learn and adapt to different kitchen stations
