Requirements: One year retail or full-service sales; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred; Reliable transportation for store visits; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory control, and visual merchandising; Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); Familiarity with Oracle and POS applications; Proficiency in computers, mobile devices, and social media platforms; Willingness to travel for shows and sales meetings; Strong time management and organizational abilities; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Commitment to scheduled and additional hours based on business needs; Ability to work in various store locations and field settings; Strong professional demeanor and customer interaction skills
