Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; reliable transportation; ability to travel occasionally; strong business acumen; knowledge of retail sales, inventory control systems, and visual merchandising; familiarity with POS applications; proficiency in computers, iPads, mobile devices, and social media platforms; commitment to scheduled hours and flexibility when needed; strong time management and organization skills; professional image and positive interaction with the public; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
