Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store visits; Strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation; Working knowledge of retail sales and visual merchandising; Comprehensive knowledge of POS applications and technology; Commitment to scheduled and additional hours based on business needs; Strong time management, organization, and communication skills; Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
