Requirements: One year retail or sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store visits; Strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation skills; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory control, and visual merchandising; Proficiency in POS applications, computers, mobile devices, and social media; Time management and organizational skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work scheduled and additional hours; Professional image and positive public interaction; Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
