Requirements: One year retail or sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store visits; Strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation; Knowledge of inventory control and visual merchandising; Proficiency in POS applications and computer systems; Commitment to scheduled and additional hours based on business needs; Strong organizational and time management skills; Excellent communication and customer service abilities; Color Certification Test must be passed within 60 days of hire
