Requirements: One year retail or sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in the US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store visits; Ability to travel occasionally for shows and sales meetings; Strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory systems, and visual merchandising; Proficiency in POS applications and technology use; Commitment to scheduled and additional hours as needed; Strong time management and organizational skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Ability to maintain a professional image and interact positively with others; Successful completion of Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
