Requirements: One year retail or sales-focused experience; licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in the US and Canada; reliable transportation for store visits; willingness to travel for shows and sales meetings; strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation skills; knowledge of retail sales, inventory systems, and visual merchandising; familiarity with POS applications and technology; flexibility with work hours and locations; excellent time management, organization, and communication skills; ability to maintain a professional image and pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
