Requirements: One year retail or sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation; Ability to travel periodically for shows and sales meetings; Strong business acumen; Working knowledge of retail sales, inventory control systems, and visual merchandising; Comprehensive knowledge of POS applications; Strong knowledge of computers, tablets, mobile devices, and social media platforms; Commitment to scheduled hours and flexibility for additional hours as needed; Strong time management and organizational skills; Ability to present a professional image and communicate effectively; Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
