Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in the US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store visits; Strong business acumen and sales reporting skills; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory control, and visual merchandising; Proficiency in POS applications and technology; Commitment to scheduled hours with flexibility; Excellent time management and organization skills; Strong communication skills; Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
