About: Color & Curl Concierge / Colour & Curl Specialist at a leading beauty supply company focused on providing high-quality professional beauty products and exceptional customer service. The role involves demonstrating expertise in color-related services, talent development, technical skills, social media, business, and selling skills.
Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation for designated store and market service; Ability to travel minimum of 3 times a year to shows and/or sales meetings; Strong business acumen and ability to interpret sales reporting; Working knowledge of retail sales, inventory control systems, and visual merchandising preferred; Strong knowledge of POS applications; Comprehensive knowledge of computers, iPads, mobile devices, and social media platforms; Commitment to scheduled hours with flexibility for additional hours based on business needs; Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills; Ability to present a professional image and communicate effectively; Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire to remain in position
