Requirements: One year retail or sales-focused experience; licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; reliable transportation for store visits; ability to travel to shows and sales meetings; strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation skills; knowledge of retail sales, inventory control systems, and visual merchandising; proficiency in POS applications, computers, mobile devices, and social media platforms; commitment to scheduled and additional work hours; strong time management and organization skills; professional image and positive interaction with the public; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
