Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required and a minimum of two years related professional experience; ability to travel up to 35% annually; strong communication skills for both internal and external communication, with experience presenting to large groups; flexibilty and ability to pivot and receptive to feedback; results driven with a focus on achieving goals and delivering high-quality work; intellectually curious with analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions; resilient, persistent, and able to work well under pressure; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; analytical mindset and ability to organize high volume of detail; ability to maintain confidentiality of reports and compensation information
