Position: CMA Part Time Concierge
About: The Concierge at this property serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners and the Property Manager, responsible for daily walking inspections, package management, vendor access monitoring, and homeowner inquiries.
Requirements: Must be eighteen years of age or older; Must pass a Background Check and Drug Screening; Good oral and written communication abilities; High school diploma and/or GED; Three years of related experience preferred
