Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a hospitality setting; Certification in Human Resources preferred (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, etc.); Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with associates and leaders; Excellent organization and communication skills; Competencies in creating a service reputation, driving for results, guiding team success, building talent, execution, and planning & organizing
