Position: ClubLife Concierge| Ken Garff (Utah) University Center Club
About: Oak View Group is seeking a dedicated ClubLife Concierge to join their Member Experience Team, focused on delivering exceptional experiences for Club Members throughout their visits. Responsibilities include communication, programming, member engagement, new member onboarding, event support, and more, reporting directly to the Director of Member Experience. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring members’ needs are met and creating memorable moments at the club.
Requirements: Minimum of one-year experience in hospitality business or a similar role; service-oriented mindset; strong communication skills (verbal, written, phone, text, and social media); ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; adaptable to new technology; positive attitude and team player; physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 100 lbs, and perform various tasks like reaching, bending, and climbing; availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
