The ClubLife Concierge position plays an integral part on the Member Experience Team, focusing on creating remarkable experiences for Club Members before, during, and after every visit, emphasizing Warm Welcome and Magic Moments.
Requirements: Minimum of one-year experience in hospitality business or a similar role; service-oriented mindset; strong communication skills; ability to work well under pressure; organizational skills; positive phone demeanor; competent in Microsoft Office suite; adaptable to new technology; positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team; multitasking ability
