Requirements: Minimum of one-year experience in hospitality business or a similar role; service-oriented mindset and capability of making every guest feel valued; people person with a can-do attitude; strong communication skills including verbal, written, phone, text, and social media; ability to work well under pressure and coordinate multiple tasks; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; positive phone demeanor; exceptional listening skills; competent with Microsoft Office suite; adaptable to new technology; positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team; effective time management and multitasking abilities
