Position: ClubLife Concierge
About: Invited, the largest owner and operator of private clubs nationwide with 150+ country clubs, city clubs, and athletic clubs, offering first-class amenities such as championship golf courses, modern workspaces, handcrafted cuisine, and more, is seeking ClubLife Concierges to join their team. This role focuses on creating remarkable experiences for Club Members with a commitment to Warm Welcome, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells.
Requirements: Minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality business or a similar role; service-oriented mindset and capable of making every guest feel valued; strong communication skills in verbal, written, phone, text, and social media communications; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; competent in working with multiple systems, including Microsoft Office Suite; positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team; a multi-tasker, prioritizing time effectively; high school diploma or equivalent required
