Position: Clubhouse Assistant (Bat Boy/Girl)
About: The El Paso Chihuahuas are the Triple-A affiliate of the San Diego Padres, known for providing exceptional clubhouse services to professional baseball players and staff at Southwest University Park. This seasonal, part-time position offers hands-on experience in Baseball Operations and Clubhouse management, with opportunities to work closely with players and staff.
Requirements: Must be a minimum of 16 years of age, and authorized to work in the United States; Must complete a successful background check; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the team’s schedule; Available to work all Chihuahuas home games; Baseball knowledge is a must; Candidate must be agile, able to run and walk quickly in extreme weather conditions, stand for long periods, lift/move up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
