Position: Club Concierge
About: Marriott Marquis Chicago, located at 2121 South Prairie Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, United States, is seeking a Barback/Bartender to control seat availability, service, guest safety, and well-being in the club lounge. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and good condition of the bar, bar furniture, tables, and other tools; preparing and serving hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages; stocking ice, glassware, and supplies; anticipating restocking needs; washing dishes; completing opening and closing tasks; documenting department records; communicating food needs to the kitchen; and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent from a General Education Development (GED) program; no prior related work experience required; no previous supervisor experience required; no license or certification required
