Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; must live within 30 minutes of contracted hospitals, able to work flexible hours, participate in call rotations including weekends and holidays; reliable transportation and availability for on-call duties; successful completion of on-the-job training, certification, and company-sponsored education modules
