Requirements: Successful completion of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) education program; Health care facility clinical experience; Previous experience as a medical office assistant, LPN, CNA or equivalent, including familiarity with electronic health records and phlebotomy; American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers certification; State licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
