Requirements: Candidates should hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Hospitality & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field; Candidates can qualify with 18 credit hours in hospitality if their master’s degree is in an outside area; Candidate should have valid Food Protection Manager Certification, and attain Instructor/Proctor status with Servsafe within the first 6 months of employment; Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills; Ability to effectively use teaching strategies and technologies for in-person and/or online learning
