Position: Clinic Concierge – Henderson, NV
About: Optum NV is seeking a Clinic Concierge to join their team in Henderson, NV. Optum is a clinician-led care organization dedicated to improving healthcare delivery for all. The Clinic Concierge will work in a clinical environment under supervision, handling inbound and outbound calls to assist patients, providers, and medical staff with medical-related services, appointment scheduling, and resolving complex issues.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED OR equivalent work experience; must be 18 years of age or older; 1+ years of experience in customer service/call center or healthcare environment; experience with computers and Windows-based programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; ability to travel up to 10% of the time to local clinical facilities as needed; ability to work Tuesday – Saturday during business hours and occasional overtime and weekends.
