Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong ambition and passion for achieving goals; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work cooperatively in a diverse work environment; availability of 20 to 29 hours per week; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable with physical requirements such as climbing ladders, standing for extended periods, and lifting at least 40 lbs.
