Position: Client Service Manager – Food & Beverage Engineering Services
About: Brown and Caldwell, a full-service environmental engineering and construction services firm headquartered in Walnut Creek, California, with over 50 offices and 2,100 professionals across North America and the Pacific, is seeking a strategic Business Development/Client Service Manager for the Food & Beverage sector. This position is fully remote with the option to work from any of the company’s 30 offices nationwide.
Requirements: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in environmental consulting or consulting engineering and technical sales in the food & beverage sector; minimum BS in science or engineering; preferred MS in engineering and/or MBA; preferred PE license or related professional registration; track record of success in bringing in and executing profitable assignments for clients and building key target client accounts; nationwide market perspective and willingness to travel; strong client contacts in the food & beverage sector; strategic and open-minded thinker; strong competitor knowledge and focus; team player and builder; ability to properly scope out new business opportunities and discern new markets.
