Position: Client Experience Manager
About: LuisaViaRoma, a luxury retail industry leader with roots dating back to the early 1900s, is preparing to open its New York flagship at 1 Bond Street in April 2024. The brand has been a prominent player in the true luxury segment of multi-brand e-commerce, serving over 1 million users from 200+ countries.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; A detail-oriented individual with over 3 years of leadership experience in the Luxury Retail industry, including strong sales management with CRM focus; Experience with CRM system (ideally Salesforce); Experience coaching/training large retail teams on customer selling ceremony, client relationship building, and CRM technology; Proficient in data analysis, KPIs interpretation, and driving follow-up actions; Strong client developer with connections in the NYC market to drive new prospects and offer unique experiences.
