Position: Client Experience Concierge – The Landmark, NYC
About: The Landmark company is seeking a Tiffany Client Experience Concierge to elevate the top client experiences and appointments in New York City. The concierge will be responsible for delivering personalized and upscale client interactions, upholding the brand’s heritage, prestige, and traditions. Ideal candidates should have strong connections in the hospitality, fine dining, and New York City lifestyle scenes.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 10+ years of luxury hospitality experience; multi-lingual profiles preferred; strong existing relationships with luxury hotels and restaurants both domestically and globally; proven experience working with VIC clients; demonstrates strong administrative skills (proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word necessary)
