Our new veterinary practices, set to launch in early 2024, are seeking a full-time Client Concierge to join our Healthcare Practice Team. Join a practice designed by veterinarians, equipped with advanced technology, and focused on delivering exceptional care to pets and their owners.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in veterinary care; ability to connect with clients, demonstrate empathy and compassion; strong social, verbal/written communication, observational, and analytical skills; passion for helping people and pets with empathy and excellent customer service focus; thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment
