Position: Cleveland/Akron Travel Sous Chef (Full Time)
About: Arrow Senior Living, a senior living management company with properties offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care in various states, is seeking a Travel Sous Chef to join their dynamic team. This role involves traveling to multiple Arrow communities in specific locations for culinary services.
Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age; able to travel to multiple Arrow communities within assigned territory; at least three (3) years of experience in senior housing or related field preferred, not required; demonstrated skills, knowledge, and competency in leadership, training, and supervision; proficient written and oral communication skills; completed formal culinary, food service, or restaurant training or equivalent supervisory experience; possess a current Adult First Aid card; comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel; physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move items up to 50 pounds; able to work in varied indoor and outdoor environments; must be criminally cleared
