As a Cigar Concierge, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every visitor has a positive experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 21 years of age; 1-2 years of retail sales experience; must have cigar and pipe knowledge; ability to climb, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds; outgoing and upbeat personality; commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork; ability to stand for entire shift; must maintain a clean and organized work environment; flexible availability for shifts lasting between 5-8 hours each
