Position: Chocolatier – Caribe Royale Orlando Hotel
About: The Chocolatier position involves processing cocoa beans, tempering and molding chocolate, and ensuring the highest quality products while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements: Experience as a chocolatier or equivalent required; able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment; Food Safety or Serve Safe certification is a plus; passion for serving people; High School diploma and/ or experience in a resort hotel preferred; Culinary certification or degree preferred; Ability to communicate in English (second language is a plus); knowledge of proper chemical handling and cleaning techniques; physical agility and ability to lift and move heavy objects; ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends.
