Position: Child Care Director
About: Stratton Mountain Resort, located in Stratton Mountain, VT, is seeking a dedicated Child Care Director to oversee the daily operations of the Child Care facility. Requirements: High school diploma required; Must be qualified as a Teacher Associate in Vermont with specific course completions; Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a licensed child care program as a Head Teacher/Assistant Director; Knowledge of child development, state regulations, and financial management; Strong team building, communication, and problem-solving skills; Computer literacy and strong administration abilities; Must be 21 years or older
