Position: Chief Operations Officer
About: As a leading company in the industry, we are seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence and innovation. The COO will be responsible for optimizing all operational functions, including manufacturing, logistics, customer relations, and retail operations, to support the company’s growth objectives and enhance efficiency.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with a proven track record in manufacturing, retail, or technology-driven environments; Extensive experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably as a COO in multi-channel retail or manufacturing; Exceptional leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams towards common goals; Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, operational excellence, and business growth; Experience managing manufacturing, logistics, customer service centers, and retail operations at a national level preferred; Current working knowledge of enterprise information systems including ERP, MRP, WMS, and Point-Of-Sale solutions; Expertise in technology integration, digital transformation, and process automation; Strong financial acumen with experience in managing complex budgets and resource allocation; Superior problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with a focus on data-driven outcomes; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
