Position: Chief Operations Officer

About: Walsh Jesuit High School is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO). The Chief Operations Officer position is crucial in supporting the school’s mission and values through efficient management of operational systems including facility, transportation, information technology, and food service management. This role involves overseeing all areas of school operations to ensure resource efficiency, operational excellence, safety, and service quality. The Chief Operations Officer leads a team of facility support, transportation, IT staff, and manages the school’s food service contract. Additionally, the Chief Operations Officer will be instrumental in the school’s upcoming capital campaign to enhance its facilities.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred); 10 years of experience in operations or facilities management with at least 5 years in leadership roles; strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, time management, and prioritization skills; computer and data management proficiency; successful networking and relationship development experience
