Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
About: Reputable winery producing classic Oregon wines in the food & beverages industry seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to work closely with the Founder/President and the Board of Directors. The CEO will navigate the national wholesale sales landscape with a focus on key markets, lead in branding, promotions, and strategic planning, oversee winery operations, and build key relationships within and outside the company. Extensive travel is required for this dynamic and enthusiastic leadership role within the wine business.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; deep understanding of the wine industry with a focus on branding, promotions, and strategic planning; proven track record in the wine business; ability to work independently and as part of a team; extensive travel experience; strong work ethic and passion for the wine industry
