Position: Chickie’s & Pete’s Sous Chef
About: Grand Sierra Resort & Casino is seeking a Sous Chef to supervise production of all butchering, sauce, vegetable, and garnish production, ensuring good turnover of products by practicing proper rotation and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will respond to guest inquiries positively and clearly with excellent communication skills.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role; Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines; Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
