About: Guest Service Agents are responsible for providing outstanding guest service at Avantic Lodging Enterprises, ensuring a pleasant stay and efficient check-in/out processes. They handle reservations, concierge duties, and maintain high standards of service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful; experience in a hotel or related field preferred; positive attitude with a focus on customer service; ability to multitask, problem solve, and communicate effectively; must work well under pressure and handle various job duties efficiently; familiarity with hospitality terminology and basic arithmetic functions
