Requirements: Formal culinary training and two years of chef experience or equivalent kitchen work experience; one year of leadership or managerial experience; basic math skills and accurate inventory counting abilities; positive attitude; food and beer knowledge or willingness to learn; possession of or ability to obtain a food handlers permit; excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a high-volume environment and on your feet for extended periods; weekend availability and a passion for exceptional guest service and team collaboration.
