Position: Chefs (Kitchen Managers)

Requirements: Formal culinary training and two years of chef experience or equivalent; One year of leadership or managerial experience; Basic math skills and ability to conduct accurate inventory counts; Positive attitude; Food and beer knowledge or willingness to learn; Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work weekends and in a high-volume setting; Possession of or ability to obtain a food handlers permit
