Position: Chefs (Kitchen Managers)

Requirements: Formal culinary training and two years of chef experience or equivalent kitchen work; one year of leadership or managerial experience; basic math skills and accurate inventory counting ability; positive attitude; food and beer knowledge or willingness to learn; possession of or ability to obtain a food handlers permit; excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; stamina to work on feet for extended periods; preference for high-volume experience; willingness to work weekends; passion for hospitality and teamwork
