Requirements: Formal culinary training and two years of chef experience or equivalent kitchen work experience; One year of leadership or managerial experience; Basic math skills and accurate inventory counts ability; Positive attitude; Knowledge of food and beer or willingness to learn; Possession or ability to obtain a food handlers permit; Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; Stamina to work on feet for extended periods; Preferred high-volume experience; Weekend availability required; Passion for guest and team service
