Position: Chef Tournant – Main Bakery (Paris LV)
About: Paris Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to assist the Sr. Chef Tournant and Chef de Cuisine in the day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality and presentation of culinary products. As part of the prestigious Paris Las Vegas team, you will contribute to creating a sophisticated and romantic dining experience for our esteemed guests, offering 2,900 guest rooms, 295 luxurious suites, 11 distinctive restaurants, and an iconic Eiffel Tower experience. Your role will involve upholding the high standards of service and ambiance that Paris Las Vegas is renowned for, embodying a stylish and engaging demeanor that enhances our guests’ overall experience.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of cooking experience required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Culinary school or apprenticeship preferred; Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role; Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; Proven track record within deluxe hotels or reputable standalone restaurants; ServSafe Certified; Proficiency in kitchen equipment operations; Excellent English language skills; Basic/intermediate math skills; Ability to establish effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests; Food Safety Employee Training certification and Food Handler’s Card required
